The Corporation has played many roles in society, and businesses today face increasingly complex, and often competing, motives and incentives in their decision-making.  What is the purpose of today’s corporation?  To whom is the corporation responsible?  As a future employee/manager, what concerns do I have relative to the responsibilities of my employer?  This course will address these, and other issues.
